Because high-quality stainless steel chase covers must be custom-fabricated to the exact fraction of an inch to prevent leaks, this service requires two separate, targeted neighborhood deployments:

• Visit 1: Precision Measurements (Zero-Contact)
  Our crew will arrive on [Measurement Date] to scale the roof and take precision fabrication measurements. You do not need to be home for this. We only require yard and roofline access to do our job while you go about your day.

• Custom Fabrication Deposit (50%)
  Following our measurement visit, we will email you your precise, customized repair estimate. Because each metal cover is custom-built exclusively for your chimney footprint, a 50% deposit of the total estimate is required to kickstart the fabrication process and lock in your installation date.

• The Custom Fabrication Buffer (7-10 Days)
  We group all the paid block orders together and send them directly to our local metal fabricator for custom construction.

• Visit 2: The Unified Installation Day
  Once the custom steel arrives, our trucks return to your block to install all the neighbor covers back-to-back in a single day. Again, because this is entirely exterior work, there is no need to stay home or take time off work as long as your gates are unlocked. Your remaining balance is due upon completion.

As mentioned in our 2-Visit Process. A 50% deposit is required to order chase cover and schedule the installation.

• Late Fee Policy: All outstanding balances after 60 days will incur a late interest fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum).
