Note: Prefabricated fireplace components are model-specific. If your unit is unlisted, older, or discontinued, exact replacement parts may no longer be available from the manufacturer, requiring a full system replacement.

Note: We do not perform structural framing or major drywall/exterior enclosure demolition to access hidden or built-in units. Structural demolition, wall removals, or major framing modifications must be completed by a licensed general contractor prior to or alongside our service.

Note: Replacement components for unlisted, older, or discontinued wood stoves and inserts may no longer be manufactured or safety-certified. In these cases, we may recommend replacing the entire unit to ensure safe operation and code compliance.

Note: We specialize in venting and appliance installations, but do not perform structural wall or chase demolition to free embedded or fully enclosed units. Any required framing, drywall removal, or structural tear-downs must be handled by a licensed structural contractor.

All defects discovered during inspection are promptly reported to the homeowner once completed. Most minor repairs can be performed at the time of service, while moderate and severe repairs will require an estimate to be created for service to be performed at a later dedicated date.

All reports are digitally edited and formatted at our home office. The inspection report will be delivered to the client’s provided e-mail by 8:00pm the day of full payment for services rendered, is received.

While physical estimates and invoicing can be requested and provided in certain circumstances, we prefer to provide these digitally along with the inspection report for better in-house tracking and formatting. We appreciate our client’s cooperation.
